π Kanna Kinetics: A Journey of Sound & Subtle Connection π
Join us on August 30th at Sacred Social House for an immersive evening combining the gentle, empathogenic effects of Kanna with the healing vibrations of a 432Hz Crystal Sound Bath. Led by Quest and Merryn, this unique event offers a space for deep relaxation, connection, and subtle exploration.
What is Kanna?
Kanna is a plant native to South Africa known for its calming, mood-enhancing properties. Often described as a legal empathogen, it provides subtle psychedelic sensations similar to those of MDMA. During this experience, we will be consuming a microdose of Kanna, allowing each participant to connect with its benefits at a sub-perceptual level. Paired with the powerful sound healing frequencies, this experience supports a deeper connection to the subtle bodies nourished by this sacred medicine.
